Power and contents

Includes the heating-only wrap, wired controller, 24V adapter and instructions. This is the UK-plug configuration. Connect the supplied adapter and controller before switching on and keep them connected while heating. This model is not USB-powered and does not use a rechargeable battery.

Use and care

Switch off and unplug before cleaning. Wipe with a damp towel according to the supplied instructions; do not immerse the wrap, adapter or controller. Allow it to dry fully before reconnecting. Fasten comfortably without tightening the neck strap excessively.
