Last updated: 28 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of www.nerylux.com. The site is operated by, trading as Nerylux, a sole trader established in Belgium, and is directed at customers in the United Kingdom. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Nerylux.
1. Using our website
Please read these terms before using the site. You may browse and use it for lawful purposes. To place an order, you must have legal capacity to enter into the contract and be authorised to use the payment method supplied. Our Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases and take priority for matters concerning an order.
2. Accounts and accurate information
Provide accurate and current information when you create an account, place an order or contact us. Keep login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not impersonate another person or use someone else’s account without permission.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
You must not use the site to commit fraud, infringe intellectual-property rights, harass others, publish unlawful or misleading material, send spam, introduce malicious software, gain unauthorised access, interfere with security or collect others’ personal data unlawfully.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk or a legal obligation. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction. This will not remove your rights in relation to orders already accepted or refunds due.
4. Content and intellectual property
Website text, images, branding and other content belong to their respective rights holders. You may view and retain copies for personal shopping purposes. Other reproduction, commercial reuse or distribution requires permission unless permitted by law.
We aim to keep product information accurate. General guidance does not replace product instructions or the advice of a suitably qualified installer. Minor differences in screen colour do not remove our responsibility to supply goods that match their description. If we identify a material error affecting an order, we will contact you; we will not impose a new price or different product without your agreement.
5. Reviews and submissions
Any review or other content you submit must reflect your honest experience, be lawful and respect other people’s rights. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting a review for publication, you allow us to display it and make necessary formatting changes for that purpose without misrepresenting what you said. We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or irrelevant content. Private customer-service messages are handled under our Privacy Policy and are not automatically authorised for publication.
6. Third-party services and links
Shopify supplies our e-commerce platform. The site may offer payment, delivery and other third-party services or links. External sites have their own terms and privacy information. A link is not necessarily an endorsement. Our use of service providers does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.
7. Personal data and cookies
Our Privacy Policy, UK GDPR and Data Protection Policy and Your Privacy Choices explain personal-data processing, cookies and how to exercise your rights. Use of this site does not by itself constitute consent to optional advertising cookies or marketing.
8. Availability and changes
We may update the website or temporarily interrupt it for maintenance or security. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We will act reasonably when making changes; changes to online content do not retrospectively change an accepted order.
9. Responsibility and consumer rights
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage resulting from our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, remain unaffected.
Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains cancellation, free 14-day returns and remedies for faulty goods. No general website disclaimer overrides those rights.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the United Kingdom, this choice does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of the law of the part of the UK where you live. Nothing in these terms restricts your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction where the law gives you that right. We do not require UK consumers to bring claims exclusively in Belgium.
Please contact us if you have a complaint. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible. A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that right is waived. These terms do not exclude information or assurances that the law makes binding on us.
11. Updates
We may revise these terms for future website use, with the latest date shown above. The version applicable when you ordered continues to govern that order unless you agree otherwise or the law requires a change.
